Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
What's the difference between plans?
The higher the plan, the more guidance and support you get. "I Got It" gives you the tools to self-manage. "I Need Help" adds expert connect for specific areas. "I Need Focused Help" includes regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
How are the assessments structured?
Each assessment covers 9 life dimensions with structured questions. Higher-tier plans include remediation suggestions, action calendars, and the ability to schedule pre-mediated check-ins.
